How does shipping and delivery work?
So you've made an order? Welcome to the Red Light Revive family!
Once you place an order, our team will carefully package your items and ship them within 24-48 hours. To speed up delivery, if your order contains different types of products, you may sometimes receive them separately so we can get them to you as quickly as possible.
Your products will be sent via Australia Post, and they should arrive within 3-7 business days.
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
Although we require a signature on delivery, due to current COVID-19 limitations, this is at the discretion of Australia Post’s delivery driver. They may leave your package in a safe place or take it to your nearest post office if you're not home.
Please note: We send via signature-required post to ensure safe delivery. If you opt for ‘Authority To Leave’, we are not responsible for the package in the rare case it is missing or stolen.
Delivery timeframes: All shipping timeframes are based on the advertised date of dispatch. If your item has a pre-order date (noted next to the product name in brackets), this is the dispatch date, and the delivery timeframe starts from there. If there’s no date next to the product, it’s ready to go!
How much do I pay for shipping?
All orders include FREE and fast delivery Australia-wide, no matter how many products you order.
When will my order arrive?
Once your order is packed, the magical journey from Red Light Revive HQ to your front door begins.
All orders, regardless of the number of products purchased, include FREE and fast delivery. You can expect your order within 6-10 business days from the day you place it.
Please note: Although Australia Post quotes these expected delivery times, sometimes life happens, and they can’t deliver within this timeframe. In such cases, your tracking number may show a ‘delayed’ delivery date.
How do I track my order?
Yay! Your order is on its way! After we pass your order to Australia Post, we will send you a shipping confirmation email that includes a ‘Track Order’ button. This will take you directly to Australia Post’s site, where you can follow live tracking updates!
Haven’t received your shipping confirmation email yet? Check your spam folder just in case it ended up there.
Help, I think my order is lost/hasn’t been delivered?
Think your order might be lost in transit? While Australia Post quotes us 6-10 business days for standard delivery, sometimes life happens, and they can’t meet these expectations. If this occurs, your tracking number may show a delayed delivery date.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 20 days, please contact us, and we’ll launch an investigation with Australia Post.
Please note: For any issues related to your Australia Post order, we recommend contacting them directly first. While we understand that delays are frustrating, we must follow Australia Post’s processes. Once you’ve contacted them, let us know, and we will escalate the matter on your behalf to resolve the issue ASAP.
Can I change my shipping address?
Oops, is your order being sent to the wrong address? No problem! If your order has not been shipped yet, send us your new details, and we can update the shipping address.
If your order has already been shipped, don't panic! You can still redirect it via the Australia Post tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Please note: We can only send your order to the address provided at checkout. If the address is incorrect and the package is delivered there, we cannot retrieve it. So, please double-check your address carefully!
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only deliver to customers in Australia.
Are there any customs/import fees?
All our products are shipped from our distribution centre in Australia. There’s no need to worry about customs fees, as everything ships within the country.
